🚚 Shipping: Good Things Take a Little Trail Time
We don’t have a massive warehouse filled with dusty shirts. Instead, every single item is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you order it. It’s fresher than mountain air, but it takes a few extra days to "hike" its way to your door.
- ⚙️ Production: Give our crew 2–5 business days to get your design dialed in and printed.
- 📍 Transit: Once it hits the trail (leaves the facility), expect another 3–5 business days for delivery.
- 🎯 The Big Picture: Most neighbors see their package arrive within 5 to 10 business days of ordering.
Think of it as a slow-burn anticipation—kind of like waiting for the view at the top of Old Rag.
🔄 Returns: Life is Too Short for Drama
We’re a small team, not a faceless corporate algorithm. We want you to love your gear as much as we love the Blue Ridge Parkway. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.

- The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to give us a shout.
- Keep it Fresh: To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused and in the same "straight-out-of-the-box" condition you received it.
