• Transit: 3–5 business days once it hits the trail (leaves the facility).
• Total Delivery: Most neighbors see their package within 5 to 10 business days.

🔄 No-Drama Returns: We’re a small team, not a faceless corporate algorithm. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from purchase to give us a shout.
• Condition: Item must be unused and in its original, straight-out-of-the-box condition.
