No-Drama Returns. Human-Backed Policy.
We’re a small team, not a faceless corporate algorithm. Because we don't maintain massive warehouses full of pre-printed inventory, every single garment at Sierra Label is custom-printed to order just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or ordering the wrong size. We take our apparel seriously, so please check our size charts before you check out to lock in your perfect fit.

🎯 No-Drama Returns
While we aim for perfection, mistakes happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective (printing flaws, physical garment defects, or we sent you the wrong item entirely), we will issue a full refund or fast-track a free replacement to your door—no questions asked.
⏳ 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from purchase to give us a shout.
📦 Condition
The item must be unused and in its original, straight-out-of-the-box condition (unwashed and unworn).

To claim a refund or replacement on a damaged item, shoot an email to support@sierralabel.com to talk to a real person in Virginia.
Please include your order number and a couple of clear photos of the issue so we can immediately skip the red tape and make it right.
Cancellations & Order Tweaks
Because our automated fulfillment system routes your order to production shortly after purchase, we have a very tight window for changes. If you realize you put the wrong shipping address or picked the wrong size, please email us immediately at support@sierralabel.com. Once an order hits the actual printing press, it is officially locked in and cannot be modified or canceled.
