⛰️ Custom Made: Every single item at Sierra Label is printed specifically for you the moment you order. It’s fresher than mountain air, but it means we don't pull dusty boxes off a warehouse shelf. Because your gear is made from scratch, it takes a little extra time to hike to your door.
The Timeline Breakdown
🛠️ Production Phase
It takes 2–5 business days to get your design dialed in, quality-checked, and custom-printed onto our premium blanks.
🚚 Transit Phase
Standard shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days once your package officially hits the trail and leaves our printing facility.
⏱️ Total Delivery Expectation
Most neighbors see their package arrive safely at their door within 5 to 10 business days from the moment the checkout button is pressed.
📍 Keep an Eye on Your Package
The moment your gear hands off to the mail carrier, our automated system will shoot a tracking link straight to your inbox. Please give the tracking number 24 to 48 hours to update its coordinates on the carrier's website once you receive the notification email.
Lost Trails & Address Snags
Please double-check your shipping coordinates before finalizing your order. Because our fulfillment system moves incredibly fast, we cannot route packages to a new destination once the shipping labels are generated and the package has left our facility. If an item is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to send it back out. If you spot a typo, ping us immediately at support@sierralabel.com.
